Marketing Specialist Needed!
Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers. Our Onco360 Corporate Office in Louisville, Kentucky has an immediate need for a Marketing Specialist.

Summary:
The Marketing Specialist is a creative and progressive individual with the ability to support the growth of Onco360 products and services by champion the branding, development and execution of marketing initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will work with cross-functional teams to develop and evolve ideas that align customer needs, brand objectives and business capabilities. The right candidate will be a capable thinker who can establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a project manager, connecting all other aspects of the business.

The Marketing Specialist reports directly to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for brand building, integrated marketing and innovative projects that will shape the future growth of the company.

Major Responsibilities:
Marketing Support/Brand Management/Sales Initiatives

Leverages brand positioning and customer insights to implement compelling, insight-driven marketing campaigns. Evaluates campaign impact to business and brand.
Leads cross-functional project teams from idea generation/business case development through commercialization to deliver viable concepts that are driven by brand strategy, marketplace dynamics and Onco360 business objectives.
Management and maintenance of the company’s web site.
Coordinates with internal stakeholders to serve as a marketing product strategy steward integrating communications and participating in planning meetings to optimize customer-facing messaging across our products.
Identifies a pipeline of fresh, creative ideas that drive incremental growth including new product development, messaging, channel, business model, or service innovation or new strategic opportunities.
Supports sales force, managed care, operations, corporate and trade teams by leading marketing initiatives, brand guidance, and campaign efforts.
Creates highly professional and engaging presentations and sales collateral materials.
Conducts work in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.

Requirements

Education/Learning Experience
Required: BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field.

Work Experience
Required: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing/Brand Management with a focus on branding and strategic development within the Pharmacy and/or Healthcare industry.

Desired Skills:
Strong business model savvy, a “can do” attitude and strong leadership skills with cross-functional teams and the Onco360 sales force.
Strong written and oral communication skills; highly collaborative with the ability to build solid internal and external partnerships.
Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, strategic thinker who is capable of flawless marketing execution.
Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems + Marketing Automation platforms.
Website (wordpress) HTML Coding experience.
Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Knowledge of the Pharmacy/Healthcare industry terminology, trends and news.
Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint knowledge.
