We're looking for someone passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients and policyholders. As our next insurance customer service representative, you will show our policyholders the value of being one of our customers by generating insurance quotations and providing coverage advice. You'll also be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent customer service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions. Compensation:
$35,000 - $100,000 + commission DOE
Responsibilities:-
Remain up to date on new marketing initiatives to accurately address insurance-related questions using all available tools
- Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given
- Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries
- Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
- Validate client insurance coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance documents
- If not licensed in P&C, it would be a goal for you to get licensed in the first few months of employment
Qualifications:-
Position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required
- Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred

Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5:30. You will be asked to attend early morning, evening, and an occasional Saturday meeting for either networking or to support local and community events.
