Non-Traditional Administrative Assistant with Warehouse Duties:

We are a quickly growing e-commerce clothing company with a fast-paced, upbeat work environment. As a Product and Processing Assistant you will be expected to help with a wide variety of tasks in a supportive role. Looking for someone who thrives in a routine-based environment, but is also able to help with tasks outside of the norm when they arise. You will report directly to the COO and owner. This is NOT a typical admin assistant type position. It requires the ability to multi-task and work at your desk and out in our warehouse. We are willing to train the right individual, but you must demonstrate the basic skills required.

PROCESSING: Is your closet a color-coded, perfectly folded dream? Do you enjoy organizing your closet by color and knowing the names of every style and brand in your closet? This is the personality that excels at processing. Seeking an extremely detailed individual to be the final eye on shipments and then pack them. Must excel at multi-tasking, be able to memorize product details, be good with numbers, and enjoy being your feet. Also includes keeping inventory of shipping supplies as well as fabric, clothing and all shop related products.

RETURNS: Accept returns from USPS, and sign for packages as they arrive at the office. Open all customer returns, check to make sure they meet return policy, log into computer program for next steps.

PRODUCTION LISTS: Do you live for lists!? Us too! Create daily product lists at the direction of the COO. Record into Trello, create paper tickets for manufactured items and distribute daily production lists.

BACKEND PRODUCT LISTINGS: Do you read the product descriptions when purchasing clothing online? P&P Assistant will draft backend product listings with unique SEOs. Create product descriptions and set variations and pricing.

BLOG POSTS: Can you connect well to 20 and 30-something mamas and mamas-to-be? Do you follow the latest fashion trends, or can you at least pretend? You will draft two blog posts with unique SEO’s each week. Topics will be predetermined based on the needs of social media outlets.Must have above average writing skills, with the ability to connect to the masses.

OTHER: Maintain calendars, keep team boards up to date, first point of contact for internal and external communication to COO and owner, run errands (We love our Dutch and Panera!), assist with photoshoot prep. Ability to help with basic reporting, taxes, etc. Bonus if you have experience with photography, Lightroom, and other editing apps but NOT a must.

Must be reliable and ready to work on a full-time consistent basis, 40+ hours per week. Compensation DOE.
