Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Vegan Researcher, Writer, and Recipe Developer to join our growing Creative Team. In this position, you will plan, research, write, and create high-quality content for our YouTube videos, podcasts, and other platforms. If you have a deep love for researching, writing, and cooking, and you are detail-oriented and creative, this position could be for you.
This is a full-time, (mostly) remote position. In this position, you will be part of our Creative Team working to spread our message and help as many vegans as possible. You will be an integral part of a rapidly growing team on a mission to change the world!
What you will be doing in this role MATTERS. The Vegan Superhero Academy is changing thousands of lives and making a massive impact in the world by helping to spread veganism. You can directly transform lives in this position and play a critical role in spreading the vegan message!
To qualify for this position, you MUST:
- Be a vegan who is passionate about veganism, fitness, and plant-based nutrition

- Have significant experience with conducting high-quality research using reputable sources such as peer-reviewed journals (e.g., PubMed)
- Have proven experience in writing and recipe development
- Have a love for researching, writing, and cooking
- Have access to a full kitchen for recipe development and testing
- Have an extremely high level of work ethic and attention to detail
- Be able to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable way
- Be able to adopt different writing styles and voices to cater to the platform and the person delivering the content
- Have access to high-speed internet during all working hours
- Possess strong communication skills. Communication is essential in a (mostly) remote team.
- Be willing to travel for team events and filming sessions occasionally and be available to respond to questions and make last-minute changes during filming sessions, whether present or remote

Compensation
You will start in this position at a base salary of $60,000 USD, with performance bonuses based on the impact your content has on growing our brand and company. You will also have plenty of upward earning potential based on your performance. We are heavily investing in growing our brand and Creative Team, and we’d love to grow with you!
