Role : The Sr Manager, Finance- Supply Chain Reporting will provide essential financial support to the US based manufacturing locations and the wider Supply Chain functions. The position reports directly to the Associate Director, Finance- MFG and SC Reporting & Transformation. This role will be responsible for leveraging the data and systems to improve performance analytics and reporting standardization/effectiveness. The scope of the role will cover actual performance, forecasting and annual budgeting (AOP process).
Define and implement value added financial reporting processes for the actual, forecasting and budgeting workstreams
Perform the role of Subject Matter Expert for manufacturing systems, to include, but not limited to, SAP and HFM. Will also lead system focused training programs and provide change management support.
Manage the Plant/POD monthly actual performance reporting processes
Establish and maintain advanced analytics that enable deeper understanding and insight into plant performance
Drive plant performance forecast accuracy improvement process leveraging available data.
Manage the Plant ZBB reporting processes and reporting package.
Support the plant internal control and regulatory requirements to include audit testing cycles.
Provide support to cross-functional project teams, to enable effective knowledge transfer and data extraction
BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, FP&A role and evidence of analytical mindset preferred
Highly developed excel and systems expertise, SAP experience strongly preferred
Conversant in data manipulation tools and language
Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Team player who manages collaboratively with the ability to influence management, in some cases without authority
Exhibits strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
