Minimum of Bachelor of Science in related field.
1+ year(s) of channel marketing and direct marketing experience
Test plan creation experience and campaign reporting and ROI based decision-making
Ability to learn proprietary vendor tools at an expert level such as email platforms, affiliate platforms and contact management tools
Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills in both written and verbal

Preferred requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing
Working knowledge of CRM platforms particularly Salesforce.com a plus
HTML is a plus
Multivariate testing in online, email or direct mail a plus

Impact you’ll make:
This position will have the opportunity to oversee several aspects of channel marketing, chiefly email, affiliates and campaign testing, and supports marketing activities across two brands – SmartMove and ShareAble for Hires. You will make a major impact by the following:

Assist in construct and execute marketing campaigns for acquisition and in-house campaigns, as well as across channels (email, affiliates, other) and product. In time, you will be able to provide recommendations for channel/campaign spend mix based on channel/campaign profitability and budget constraints.
Provide support in overseeing retention email marketing activities. Manage vendors to improve and refine list quality, creative look and feel, and content/copy. You will provide recommendations and test other vendors that may improve campaign performance. Recommend and execute tests based on prior campaign results to optimize qualified lead volumes. Work with internal groups to test and optimize integrated multi-channel campaigns.
Work with senior marketing analyst to create statistically sound test plans. Coordinate campaign elements (list, offer, and creative) with vendors and internal team, communicate campaign goals to internal stakeholders, drive qualified traffic to the internal sales team, and communicate campaign results at conclusion.
Help in affiliate-marketing activities. Drive channel strategy and attract new partners. Test creative, landing page and offer combinations. Construct program attributes that retain the most valuable partners. Work with affiliate platform relation managers to find channel growth opportunities.
Gain proficiency at all marketing channels and direct response techniques designed to optimize each campaign.
You will provide technical support in customer engagements, solution presentations, and technical translations of customer requirements
