We’re looking for a part-time site manager for our storage facility to handle certain tasks.
You can earn $100 for 4 hours of part-time work in a month (usually one hour a week, sometimes more, with payment at $25.00 per hour).
This is a part-time position that requires you to visit the facility when a new task comes up, at a time that is convenient to you. The right person for this job treats the facility as if it is their own, and is extremely trustworthy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing general upkeep of the facility, including tasks such as clearing debris, managing minor weed and pest issues, and removing abandoned items.
- Identifying and resolving maintenance concerns such as malfunctioning latches and door springs.
- Verifying tenant departures and preparing vacant units for rental readiness.
- Securing delinquent units with additional locks, conducting inventory checks for auction, capturing auction-related photos, and removing extra locks upon customer compliance.
- Vigilantly monitoring for theft, unauthorized departures, and tenants residing in units.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION:
- Must live near our facility.
- Preferably with experience as a handyman
- Must have a smartphone
