Essential Functions:

Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.

Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitize in the dish machine.

Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.

Remove all garbage.

Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift.

Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
Supervisory Responsibility:
None
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional kitchen. Uniform dress may be required. Exposure to extreme temperatures, various foods, chemicals possible.

Requirements:
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.

Able to handle high heat and moisture.

Previous experience preferred but not necessary.

Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.

Physical Demands: The following physical activities are representative of those required in carrying out the essential duties of this job role:
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. This position requires the ability to frequently lift supplies, dishes, up to 20 pounds. This job requires constant standing or walking for varying lengths of time. Occasional kneeling, pushing, & pulling. This job will require use of fingers and hands, moving them quickly to handle food, dishes, glassware, and merchandise. Exposure to high heat, moisture and chemicals.
