Responsibilities

Partnering with business leaders, hiring managers, and sourcing, to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
Identifying and assessing a diverse candidate pool; managing candidates through the end to end recruiting process; providing regular updates to hiring managers and business leaders; partnering with compensation, HR and Hiring Managers to create compelling offers; partnering with relocation and immigration teams where required; providing a seamless handover to HR operations for onboarding
Utilizing multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates, including our ATS and third-party products e.g. LinkedIn
Conducting thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both a technical baseline as well as the ability to be successful in the Tesla environment
Tracking candidate progress in our ATS and providing regular reporting to hiring managers
Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
Requirements

5+ years recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
Minimum BS/BA or equivalent in relevant business experience is required
Working knowledge of relevant employment legislation and employment market trends
Working knowledge of common visa categories and their application (TN, H1-B, E3 etc.) is preferred
Experience working with Taleo and Workday is preferred
Evidence of exceptional ability
