Job Summary:
The People Ops Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions within our construction technology solutions company. This role will develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace environment, and resolving conflicts as they arise.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and employee development.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies; manage employee records and documentation.
- Immigration & Global Mobility: Work with senior leadership to plan multi-national movement strategy and work with immediate team to file appropriate petitions.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture through initiatives and training.
- HR Metrics: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including emotional intelligence
- Velocity of delivering work and results
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Office365, Teams, Microsoft Sharepoint
- Ease and familiarity with technical tools and enhancing digitization
Working Conditions:
This position may require occasional travel and may involve long hours during peak periods.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
