Office Assisting/ Light Management

  • Assist with client proposals (typing, proof reading, etc..)
  • Assist with invoicing- working with bookkeeper
  • Assist with client related documents (generating certificate of insurance, W-4, etc.)
  • Work with remote book keeper (scan and email documents, maintain cloud based documents)
  • Collect reimbursables from staff
  • Collect any needed documents/ paperwork from staff (healthcare, employment documents, etc.)

  • Scheduling and managing vendor presentations
  • Scheduling and managing conference room
  • Maintaining office supplies

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour
