Create, submit, and track Accounts Receivable invoices
Create and approve expense reports using Concur
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations
Contribute to making reports more streamlined and interpretative
Assist with balance sheet accrual reconciliations and other month end closing activities
Provide feedback to management regarding risks and opportunities
Assist department managers and staff with financial questions and analysis
Provide support and complete other projects as assigned
Able to commit between 30 - 40 hours per week
Recent graduate or Juniors/Seniors currently attaining Bachelor’s Degree with focus on Finance, Accounting, or comparable study is required
Advance knowledge with Excel
Strong financial acumen is helpful
Ability to use basic financial management tools and concepts
Basic knowledge of fundamental accounting principles is a plus
Knowledge of ERP systems
Customer service focus
Strong written and oral communication skills
