What will I be accountable for?

The Director, Segment Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the strategies needed to establish Arm as a global leader in compute for the infrastructure within a market segment. This person will:

Lead a team that develops and manages Arm’s go to market strategy and product positioning with networking OEM’s, hyperscalers, and/or OEM’s
Develop and execute strategies that establish Arm as the preferred compute platform for infrastructure from the edge of the network to the core of the cloud
Develop and manage content, collateral and positioning strategies based on customer feedback. Firmly establish Arm as a visionary leader in server, storage and networking technologies
Partner with the product management, engineering/technology and software ecosystem teams to design and execute product strategies for the infrastructure markets
Job Requirements
What skills, experience and qualifications do I need?

BS Undergraduate degree in Engineering or technology or equivalent experience
15+ years' experience in technologies marketing leadership roles
Proven track record of leading product marketing teams
High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal direction
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Ability to develop and lead a high-performance team passionate about accountability and meeting and exceeding expectations
Strategic, critical but creative thinker, strong business sense and excellent financial skills
Ability to lead, build and work within cross-functional team environments

MBA or other relevant advanced degree
