The Finance Program Manager is a newly-created position leading the Program Management Office for Safelite's finance function. This individual will work across teams to implement and develop a continuous improvement operating model, as well as in implementing project management and change management best practices across the function.

Essential Activities

Works with Finance leaders to actively develop and maintain process documentation across the organization, to be used for the identification of continuous improvement opportunities and as a reference for Finance team members and stakeholders across Safelite.

Implements balanced scorecards for all finance teams to ensure key metrics are prepared and tracked across Finance and used as a basis for identifying and driving process improvements.

Liaises closely with Safelite's Information Technology team in the identification and implementation of Finance systems enhancements, working to lead projects across the spectrum of change management, technology implementation and core process re-engineering activities.

Develops, maintains, implements and trains the Finance organization on program management and process improvement best practices, including the adoption of Agile, Lean and Six Sigma principles.


6+ years related project finance experience required.

Understanding of structured finance documents and transactional contracts and ability to identify and absorb key contract terms, as well as tax and accounting implications required.

Project Management certified, Lean, Six Sigma and/or Agile certifications preferred.

Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics) or equivalent experience

Strong communication skills

Confident, approachable, and a team player. Service mindset.
