We are seeking a flexible HR Office Assistant/Scheduler with experience in a fast-paced office environment. The HR Office Assistant/Scheduler's primary job function is to recruit and schedule caregivers/CNAs/PCWs to care for clients throughout Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties. The position requires a reliable, organized, self-starter with a strong work ethic and calm demeanor. In addition, the right individual will have to be comfortable answering phones and handling inquiries, conducting general office duties and must truly enjoy working with people.


Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Recruit and retain the best caregivers in the industry
Conduct candidate phone screening and scheduling/conducting in-person interviews
Scheduling caregivers
Monitoring of online time and attendance (telephony) system
Answering phones and handling inquiry calls from potential clients and scheduling initial assessments
General office duties, including filing, copying, assembling mailings and assembling client/sales binders
Provide on-call, after hours and weekend coverage.

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and priorities
Ability to prioritize with strong organizational skills
Ability to establish and maintain solid relationships with caregivers
Comfortable working with people establishing trust and mutual respect
Solid computer skills and abilities including client/caregiver database management and scheduling software (ClearCare, MS Office)
Comfortable handling phone inquiries with a consultative selling approach
Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and successfully
Sense of humor
Previous staffing/scheduling experience would be extremely beneficial, especially with home care
Past experience in the health care field a plus
CNA credentials very beneficial
Valid driver's license with reliable insured vehicle
This is position will work out of our West Allis office (near 96th & Greenfield Avenue).
Right at Home is a non-medical home care agency. Our office covers the Waukesha and Milwaukee county areas. We provide trained, insured and bonded caregivers for a variety of elder care services.
