The Market Research Analyst will, in conjunction with the Manager of Market Research, design and execute qualitative and quantitative research to positively impact the overall success and strategy of eMoney. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute research, analyze data and deliver findings that will inform strategic business and marketing opportunities and enhance understanding of our customers, competitors, and industry climate both today and in the future.


Collaborate with business partners to conduct research that supports broader organizational goals, delivers high-impact and relevant intelligence, and influences both strategic business and marketing decisions
Manage all aspects of a research project, from research scoping and design through execution and analysis and finally publication, working closely with internal subject matter experts to execute complex and multidiscipline studies
Analyze & interpret findings with the goal of uncovering and delivering actionable opportunities related to client needs, market insights, new business and product opportunities, and marketing strategy
Collaborate with Market Research Manager to structure/deliver research findings clearly and crisply both in written form and in front of diverse audiences
Utilize project management skills to meet project deadlines and deliver results in a timely and effective manner
Act as a trusted partner to provide tactical and strategic recommendations related to business and marketing initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Marketing or Research or equivalent working experience required; college degree preferred
5+ years of relevant market research experience, preferably in Financial Services industry

Sound understanding of multiple research techniques and methodologies with an emphasis on quantitative research, competitive and market intelligence
Ability to manage multiple market research studies and projects simultaneously with both internal resources and external vendors
Ability to learn quickly and adapt
Demonstrated experience in analyzing, interpreting and presenting complex data and articulating its meaning
Ability to synthesize and integrate multiple sources of information/databases and share results in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
Natural curiosity and instinct to learn, analyze and draw conclusions to questions relevant to eMoney’s success.
Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to “see the headline” and supporting narrative from individual research efforts
Proven ability to champion recommendations and influence decisions at all levels of management
Strong skills in using statistical and analysis software such as SAS, SPSS or Tableau and utilizing Qualtrics, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce. Experience with Discovery Data, Looker and other business intelligence software is a plus.
Proven ability with statistical techniques such as regression analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis and choice modeling is desired
