Our office at Thames Street Wharf is located in the new, up and coming neighborhood of Harbor Point, adjacent to historic Fells Point. Additionally, the Firm recently expanded downtown and occupies two floors at 100 South Charles in the heart of Baltimore's Inner Harbor.

Description of RoleThe Operations Division are currently seeking high performing individuals with 3-6 years of work experience who exhibit strong leadership potential, communication skills, attention to detail and a strong desire to succeed in a fast paced and challenging work environment.
The Operations Division partners with Sales & Trading, Finance, Legal, and Technology to execute the Firm's Institutional, Retail, and Asset Management businesses by developing strong client relationships, collaborating closely with its business partners supporting and settling transactions, devising and implementing effective controls, to enable to development of new structures, businesses, and markets.
Successful candidates will have an interest or familiarity in one or more of the following: Trade Support, Trade Processing, Settlements, AML/KYC, Fraud Operations, Cash Management, Loan Servicing, Reconciliations, Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management, Financing and Collateral, Budgeting and Business Management, Projects, Wealth Management and Client Services.
We are looking for resourceful and dedicated candidates with 3-6 years of work experience who possess the following attributes:

Required- Demonstrated track record of achievement with the ability to take initiative in a challenging environment- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate information to a range of audiences- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks- Adaptable team player- Detail oriented and ability to adhere to strict timelines- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment- Analytical skills- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources- Ability to proactively contribute towards continued improvements in control, operational efficiency, and industry initiatives- Strong Microsoft Office skills

Optional- Familiarity with the financial markets and current regulatory landscape- Project management experience- Business analysis skills
