Marketing & Digital Advertising Manager

The Marketing & Digital Advertising Manager will support company goals by managing the web and digital marketing social media and advertising/branding of Beztak properties in the senior living and market rate portfolios.

Job Responsibilities:
Website/Digital Marketing

Work with G5 on digital marketing initiatives
Monitor FB and Google Analytics and provide reports on campaign success
Write creative for websites and ensure content is monitored and updated regularly and as needed
Manage Lineups team to ensure websites outperform those of competitive set
Social Media

Enhance social media presence thru content curation and development (Facebook Instagram Twitter YouTube Google)
Create strategies and content calendars that enhance a positive interaction with prospects and residents and the image for each individual community and Beztak
Manage Community Rewards team to develop and execute a marketing plan to enhance resident engagement
Stay current with social media trends and incorporate as appropriate

Assist in creation of marketing materials for apartment projects (branding floor plans brochures)
Develop relationships with PR agencies and respond to media requests to promote Beztak branding and management contracts
Monitor active marketing programs and develop ways to improve them
Partner with Regional Managers to create and execute marketing plans and strategic events for new properties in lease up
Partner with Regional Managers to create marketing plans and content for email blasts and outreach for properties with occupancy challenges

Background/Experience/Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Marketing or Advertising or similar degree
3-4 years marketing or advertising or similar experience
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Demonstrated experience and success with social media marketing (Facebook Instagram Twitter YouTube Google)
Demonstrated experience and success with digital marketing
Equal comfort and expertise with both the creative aspect (campaign creation) and the analytical aspect (metric analysis) of social media marketing
Proficient in Adobe’s Creative Cloud primarily Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign
Proficiency with Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Outlook
Energetic self-starter with strong leadership skills and work ethic
Ability to multi-tasks and juggle numerous projects and clients at any given time
