Scope of position
We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will partner with key business areas (Brand Marketing, World Wide Business Operations, Digital Marketing) providing financial support by analyzing business trends and identifying Top Opportunities and Top Issues based on P&L materialality tied to sales, profit, costs, acquisition costs, and product excellence/performance.

Partner with SVP of Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing to drive and support actions to beat annual financial plan
Leverage analysis of Direct Sales Metrics to Identify Top Opportunities and Risks, recommend and quantify actions to improve Direct Sales P&L
Responsible for P&L reporting; annual planning, monthly forecast updates including actual vs plan results and validation of actuals to GL
Attend Weekly Marketing meetings; provide P&L and KPI updates with a focus on results vs financial plan and current action plan.
Develop and Provide Weekly/Monthly Reporting for each of the Other Income items
Provide analysis and Identify opportunities/risks for each of the Other Income items
Requirements

2+ years of Finance Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Marketing
Must have strong Excel knowledge
Strong Analytical skills required
Must be able to take direction and have a strong attention to detail
Proven organizational, time management and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
Understanding of general ledger and P&L statements
Ability to liaison with multiple departments across many functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with SQL, Tableau, Orbit, and SAS a plus
