HP Staffing is looking for looking for a experienced clinical recruiters that are commission driven and have established networks in the Nursing Facilities and Hospitals in your area! As a Clinical Full Desk Recruiter, you'll be responsible for meeting weekly sales and staffing targets. Over 20 years, nurses and healthcare professionals have trusted HP Medical to provide west coast clinical staffing solutions to leading Hospitals and Facilities.
Responsibilities
- Work from home, commission pay, 90 day training stipend.
- In person daily cold calling and relationship building for required for business development, recruiting and staff coordination and management.
- Must be able to work independently and be able to sign contract agreements with Hospitals and Skilled Nursing owners.
- Must meet weekly, monthly quota.
- Prospect accounts by identifying the right decision-makers , develop and maintain professional relationships with future costumers.
- Recruiting, adverting, interviewing and scheduling, coordinating with clinicians and facilities, organizing last minute staff replacement.
- Permanent placements.
- Scheduling meetings and/or lunch and learns to close new business. Good problem solving skills required.
- In office meetings 2% of your time, out of office in person client calls/meetings 98%
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm (on call weekends as needed)
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience working at a Skilled Nursing Facility as a Scheduler or Manager.
- Bachelor Degree, street smart and emotionally intelligent, experience in cold calling/sales and/or account management
- Ability to exceed weekly targets and quarterly sales goals
- Social Media fluency and acumen
- Commission driven, self starter and overachiever, good relationship-building skills
- Self-starter, with excellent analytical, written, oral, communication, written and presentation skills
- Ability to be super organized, multi-task with strong time and project management skills and business acumen skills
- Working knowledge and experience utilizing a Excel and Microsoft Office products. Fast learner on new platforms.
- Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, travel is necessary
- Must have a reliable car and car insurance.
- Productivity Commission Pay, if meeting minimum target goals: $74,000 + per year.
