Leads project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and sub-contract management, progress reporting, trouble-shooting and problem resolution to effectively manage projects related to new business, product initiatives or operational implementations.
Ensures project results meet established requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
Solves problems throughout the life of the project, but tries to resolve problems during the design and planning phases when possible.
Oversees and coordinates any work performed by outside vendors.
Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors and management.
Bachelor''s Degree (BA, BS, etc.) in a related field required with Eight (8) years of related experience. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
Project Management Professional (PMP)
This role oversees digital transformation initiatives across the Mortgage Line of Business.1.Provide vision and direction to Agile development teams and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.2.Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and development for the product, ensuring teams always have adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.3.Assess value, develop cases and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and are aligned with business strategy.4.Lead release planning, set expectation for delivery of new functionalities and inform and coordinate with impacted areas in the LOB so that process changes, training and KPI are prepared to successfully implement features and deliver intended business value.5.Research and analyze competitor capabilities, consumer needs to inform the roadmap for business capabilities.6.Inform adjacent digital transformation initiatives in the LOB in order to secure a cohesive and comprehensive approach across all systems and processes. Required Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required2.Five years of managerial experience, equivalent to a Grade 20 or higher, required3.Must have a thorough knowledge of mortgage and home equity processes and products as well as compliance guidelines.4.Strong customer service principles and problem resolution skills.5.Knowledge of and ability to navigate technical change processes within the bank6.Capable of effectively communicating information in a professional manner to customers, internal partners, and senior managers. 7.Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in the evaluation of information and actions taken.8.Detail oriented and results-focused, able to organize and prioritize actions to achieve objectives. 9.Able to work successfully within a collaborative environment to meet deadlines and departmental goals.
