Welcome to Beer Family Farms! We are hiring an experienced
Farm Hand - Equipment Operator to join our team in Milford, IN. In this role you will be assisting with our grain and livestock operation by performing a variety of duties which include operating farm equipment, driving truck hauling commodities, and providing animal care.
We are a progressive 2300 sow farrow to finish operation in Northern Indiana. We currently farm 3000 acres and have a Pioneer dealership. We are operating with newer facilities, mostly built over the past 15 years. We are looking to add a strong team player.

What you will be doing:
- Operating various types of farm equipment
- Driving a semi hauling commodities
- Operating and maintaining irrigation systems
- Assisting with field work and trucking during harvest
- Supporting livestock operations (pigs)
This job is for you if you have:
- Prior farm experience operating equipment
- Experience driving a semi (or willing to learn)
- Ability to keep detailed records
- Ability to work with livestock
- Strong work ethic with integrity
- Leadership skills and willingness to grow within
