The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the development of the go to market approach and on-going Marketing Strategy for the product suite. They would lead a team to help develop the positioning, development of target personas and understand the customer journey and help devise strategies to help overcome any obstacles in that journey. A Day in the Life:
A day in the life of the Marketing Director is an enjoyable day which includes working with Senior Product Team, Senior Sales Teams to understand the target segments, the product set and tailoring marketing strategies to enable sales growth. The Director would be interacting with his/her team to develop personas, understand high level messaging, develop recommendations on channel approach and help drive execution of these strategies. The Director would lead the charge in ensuring measurement of these great marketing initiatives to understand what is working and what is not. They would make recommendations for the variable annuities product suite based on learnings and help guide the team, continuously iterating to become a best in class marketing organization.
