Position: Jewelry Stylist
Location: at Nina Wynn store & Various pop-up & event locations
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Jewelry Stylist to join our luxury edgy jewelry company. The selected candidate will work directly with customers, helping them find the perfect jewelry pieces for every occasion, while also representing our brand at pop-up events and other promotional occasions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to delve into the world of jewelry, learning about various metals, gemstones, and jewelry types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in-store and at events.
- Stay updated with our latest collections and jewelry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Learn and educate customers about different metals, gemstones, and types of jewelry.
- Represent the brand at pop-up events, exhibitions, and other occasions.
- Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and satisfied.
- Collaborate with the team for inventory management, visual merchandising, and other store operations.
- Assist in producing content for our social media.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about jewelry and fashion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with jewelry trends and brand collections.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and travel as needed.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
