This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the warehouse and distribution operations functions. This includes the responsibility to train key staff, delegate work and project assignments, supervise, ensure regulatory compliance and evaluate staff against established key metrics. This role is also responsible to aid in improving business processes and increase efficiency within their teams using our Warehouse Management System. This position will be required to know and adhere to RIM’s Quality policy and uphold quality standards as well as conform to policies and procedures.
