The role of the Vice President of Physician and Provider Relations is to lead operational and strategic activities of the Physician and Provider Relations team for the Division. In this position you will represent the senior most sales leadership role in the division, proficient in leading a large sales organization, and will focus on strategic growth and physician engagement. This role will lead 3 unique markets including Northern California, Southern California, and Las Vegas.
What you will do in this role:

You will lead the Physician and Provider Relations team to achieve strategic growth and operational objectives for hospitals and divisions

You will develop broad and diverse strategic plans to grow hospital volumes
-
You will evaluate market data and financial information to develop annual hospital and divisional strategic growth plans

You will monitor and manage financial performance of department, including budget management and productivity standards
-
You will lead divisional strategic physician engagement strategies/projects, such as the Physician Engagement Study, Medical Staff Planning and Physician Referral Panel programs
What qualifications you will need:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required
-
7+ years of experience in healthcare leadership, preferably leading a large regional or national sales team, required
