This position will support the fueling service needs for all Parker’s locations. This will include troubleshooting and making repairs and communicating with store management and District Sales Leaders. Perform service in a timely manner, safe, and quality conscious manner. Provide the stores with the best service possible to keep them open and operating with fuel. Perform tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws. Demonstrate the Parker’s core mission, vision, and values.
Essential Job Functions:
Program, troubleshoot, repair and preventative maintenance to the stores consisting of dispensers, pumps, and monitoring devices. Glibarco fueling dispensers, Advantage, Encore, 500s and 700 Models
Calibrate Gilbarco fueling dispensers
Service electronic monitoring systems.
Perform bi-annual calibrations on assigned fuel centers
Troubleshoot and repair or replace fuel sub pumps
Inspect pump containment areas and Sub pump manholes and maintain environmental compliance records
Replace and repair tank probes and sensors for a Veeder root auto tank gauge system.
Replace pump filters, hoses, nozzles and breakaways.
Be experienced with different types and styles of fuel dispensing equipment.
Provide support to fuel dispense projects; including but not limited to installs.
Be able to troubleshoot electrical components and read wiring diagrams.
Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of parts.
Maintain accurate and timely employee time reports and credit card statements.
Clean and maintain company service vehicle.
Properly communicate with Chief Operations Officer, store management, and others through both written and verbal techniques.
Participate in the on-call rotation that provides service to the store group after normal business hours and on weekends.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
Must be 18 or older
High school degree or General Education Degree (GED)
Knowledge of electrical systems
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel independently as needed
Accuracy/attention to detail
Ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects
Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes
Technical knowledge of fuel dispensing equipment, controls, testing and monitoring equipment, materials, and tools
Knowledge of repair, maintenance and installation techniques
Communicate effectively with all levels of management and field staff
Moderate to high level computer skills
Desired Previous Job Experience:
Trade school or Associates degree preferred
Experienced in maintain and servicing commercial fuel pumps (minimum 5 years' experience preferred).
Knowledge of Service Hub and in-store networks
Previous experience with Wayne, Veeder Root, and INCON equipment
Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulations that apply to petroleum retail sales.
