Job description

As the business has expanded it is currently seeking a full-time Licensed Real Estate Assistant based on the following specifications:

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all documentations relating to real estate transactions, such as offers, counteroffers, addenda, and listing agreements;
  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value;
  • Quality control and ensure all documentations relating to real estate transactions are accurate and complete;
  • Manage executive's calendar, meeting coordination and communication, administrative projects, and tasks requiring logistical planning;
  • Serve as liaison and central point of information on behalf of executive with internal and external communication, provide information, provide problem solutions and status updates, and assist with the coordination of activities;
  • Plan and coordinate client meetings including internal and external events;
  • Verify and disclose property facts to clients and third parties;
  • Other duties as assigned from Executive.

Qualifications

  • California real estate license required
  • 2+ year of real estate experience
  • Familiarity with California real estate contracts (e.g., PRDS and CARs forms)
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and real estate databases
  • Commitment to be flexible with work hours

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
