Develops, implements and manages employee wellness webinar workshops and events across the health system. Collaborates with site wellness liaisons to ensure wellness initiatives are met.
Hosts monthly Wellness Liaison webinars for site liaisons with up-to-date system wellness initiatives, resources and tools.
Provides guidance and feedback to myWellness owners on programming and development procedures.
Seeks out partnerships with external vendors (i.e. Omada, Fruit Guys, Johnson & Johnson, Sleepio, myInteria) to support initiatives by utilizing industry subject matter experts to present on wellness topics.
Collaborates with Employee Communications to disseminate collateral material to all liaisons for employees across the health system.
Collects and analyzes data and metrics to identify new needs for wellness programs. Reports on metrics to measure success of local wellness initiatives and campaigns. Provides liaisons with guidance on how to improve local wellness events and initiatives.
Analyzes and reports on program participation utilization.
Collaborates with management on projects and initiatives including Physician and Resident Wellbeing, EAP, Wellness Champion program and other projects as assigned. Participates as a member of the Clinical Advisory Committee and co-chairs local Wellness Committee meetings.
Identifies and re-designs wellness strategy to be in alignment with the organization’s mission, as necessary.
Performs related duties, as required.

  • ADA Essential Functions
Bachelor Degree in Public Health or related field, required.
CHES, MCHES or Wellness certifications, preferred
Minimum of three (3) years experience working with programs and initiatives including wellness programs.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Power Point and Word, required. Infographic experience, preferred
Ability to maintain confidential documents and information.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time under tight deadlines.
Ability to function within all levels of organization and at various locations.
