The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery and handling equipment. Allied Stone Inc. serves the residential market (home builder’s, kitchen and bath dealers, retail and contractors.

The Position-

Allied Stone Inc. is searching for a Showroom Coordinator with an eye on future growth and the experience to grow revenue and coordinate 100% of Showroom activities and obligations establish in conjunction with Director of Sales. In this position the successful candidate will build relationship with walk-in customers and established accounts, provide superior customer service maintaining byer interest by effectively following up, using negotiating skills and overcoming objections.

Position Responsibilities-
Build relationships with existing and prospective customers
Provide superior service
Maintain customer interest by effectively following up, using negotiating skills and overcoming objections

Create and maintain a showroom flow to present Allied Stones properly and professionally

Proactively communicate with customers, as well as internal team members throughout the entire process

Assist sales staff, internal and outside representatives

Effectively solve problems as soon as they occur

Go getter, self-starter personally with the passion of greeting and meeting people daily.

Required knowledge, Skill and Experience-

  • Outgoing, driven personality with a high level of integrity
  • Strong consultative and persuasive selling skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Aggressive self-starter with strong bias for action and results orientation
  • Flexible; ability to adapt style/approach based on situational dynamics
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced multi-task environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 2+ year college degree with preference to field of business or marketing (not required)
  • 2+ year of design experience (not required)
  • Knowledge of construction and or countertops industries a plus.
