Position Overview:
As a Rental Cooling Tower Technician, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to delivering exceptional service. Your technical expertise is essential, but equally important is your ability to work as part of a close-knit team, contribute to our inclusive company culture, and hold yourself and your teammates accountable for outstanding results. This position involves travel, both locally and regionally, with an expected travel rate of approximately 30%.
Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Skills: Perform installations of cooling tower associated equipment and routine maintenance and repairs at client sites. Troubleshoot and diagnose cooling tower systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, building strong client relationships based on trust and professionalism.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and hours worked.
- Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma minimum.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs or OUIs etc.).
- Pass mandatory random drug / alcohol testing.
- Ability to travel as required (approximately 30% of the time).
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or cooling tower maintenance is a bonus.
