Full Job Description
Luca restaurants is looking for an experienced inventory manager. This person will be responsible for counting beverage inventoy in all 3 of our restaurants.
Previous inventoy experience is a must. The ideal candidate will be organized, well versed in alcohol, beer and wine inventory and able to count accurately and efficiently. Experience with Aloha and Nectar inventory system a plus.
Must be available days and over 21. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to our 3 restaurants, 2 in Cleveland and 1 in Westlake.
