Drive Commercial IT budget and planning activities in collaboration with Commercial IT leaders and teams including annual demand management process; monthly financial and portfolio reporting and portfolio-level forecasting; and portfolio project resource demand and allocation.
Work across Geographies to analyze and manage commercial IT portfolio (As Is and To Be), develop action plans and tracks against success in the areas of: portfolio demand, project delivery status, budget and financial information, investment prioritization and portfolio issue and risk management.
Continuous review of the portfolio and recommending reallocation, re-prioritization and optimization of the portfolio based on progress of programs/projects, technology obsolescence, business priorities and goals, and evolving organizational objectives.
Provide overall governance and support of Commercial IT projects and activities to ensure proper IT policies, best practices and processes are being used and enforced.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of portfolio financial and status report data with project managers and other stakeholders, including Senior Management from IT and Business Partners. Ensures that all relevant information related to the project portfolio is maintained in the Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) platform.
Support Commercial IT Head on project and portfolio activities including facilitating cross-region discussions, spearheading portfolio-related activities and overseeing portfolio reporting.
Works closely with global/regional/functional business leaders in driving towards harmonization of business processes. Helps develop clear, well understood business requirements to existing problems Builds and maintains strong collaborative partnerships with business leaders at all levels as well as with IT colleagues and Senior Leaders.
Develop in-depth understanding of the Commercial IT portfolio and activities and the IT objectives and processes to help drive decisions and resolve issues.
Act as delivery manager for Commercial IT application shared services to manage Salesforce.com related (as well as other Commercial IT applications) project intake process, resource management and delivery across geographies. Contributes to the solutioning of business problems for desired capabilities.
Establish and maintain relationships with key Commercial IT-related vendors and strategic sourcing partners. Partner with Procurement on vendor management activities including renewals, statements of work, governing agreements, and purchase orders while ensuring compliance with Mylan's vendor management processes and methodology.

Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required with a specialization in IT or Finance preferred. A minimum of 5 years of Program/Project Management experience preferred. Related experience and/or education may be considered.
A minimum of 5 years of directly applicable experience with IT portfolio management and reporting, budgeting and vendor management required.
Previous pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
Proven ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data and translate data into information for executive audiences.
Ability to work within a highly matrixed reporting environment. Must be able to think strategically and work well independently.
Must be a results-driven with ability to effectively execute a variety of activities concurrently across local and global organizations.
Ability to understand the global and regional strategic goals and priorities and how application portfolio management supports them is required.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
