Location:
- 100% remote, work from home. Our agency will provide computer, phone, headset and monitors.
Compensation:
- This is a FULL TIME, 40 hour a week, W2 Employee Position
- Starting Base Pay of $41k - $52k contingent upon experience
- Plus Commission on Policies Issued
Responsibilities:
- NO Cold-Calling
- Conduct Customer Policy Reviews with Current Clients
- Assist Current Clients by Remarketing Policies
- Quoting, Presenting and Selling New Business to Prospects
Requirements:
- 2 years Experience as Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Thrives in Fast-Paced Environment
- Good Team Player
- (Ideally Experienced with EZ Lynx Comparative Rater and EZ Lynx Management System)
- (Ideally Experienced with our Primary Carriers: Safeco, Travelers, Progressive, Mercury)
