We are currently looking for a PART TIME Front Office Assistant with the flexibility to pick up more shifts as needed. This position requires flexible availability. Our clinics are open extended hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Qualified candidates will have open availability but must be able to work evenings and every other weekend. This position will offer around 21-26 hours per week. Must have adequate transportation to work at all three of our locations; Springfield, Nixa and Republic.As the first and last impression that a patient experiences when visiting our clinics, this person must be a caring and friendly individual who is truly concerned with the welfare of the patients. Greets, instructs, directs & schedules patients and visitors; answers phones & directs calls; enters patient information into the computer system; collects co pays, deductibles and patient pay; serves as a liaison between patient & medical support staff. Individual must be excellent at multi-tasking and staying calm and collected during stressful situations. This position requires flexible availability.
