Cannabis Sales Rep

At HGDCO you will be part of a fast-paced environment with many daily tasks and goals to manage. Our number one priority is ensuring our customers receive exemplary service at every interaction. Your performance will be evaluated each month by the number of stores you close, the number of units sold, and the number of customer demos given.

  • Actively pursue new accounts through daily workload planning and organization
  • Provide customers accurate pricing quotes with minimal errors via email or phone
  • Set up meetings with dispensary purchasing managers via cold-calling, email, and social media outreach
  • Maintain an ongoing cannabis product expertise learning objective, aimed at an extensive understanding of industry vendors, products
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and delivering the highest levels of customer service
  • Maintaining contact lists for each account
  • Maintain a timely response to customer phone calls, submitting sample requests, providing quotes and following up on email inquiries
  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers via phone or in person
  • Represent the company at trade shows
  • Create and implement sales strategies that meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
  • Demonstrate ability to consistently achieve monthly/annual sales goal

HGDCO is based out of Humboldt County but will be in the LA area on October 22-24 for the CCBC. Would love to set up some interviews during our stay.
