The Ephrata Public Library is seeking a Development & Community Relations Manager. This position oversees the Library’s development activities and is also responsible for oversight of the Community Commons facility, as well as tenant and partner needs of the Northern Lancaster Hub. This role requires excellent communication, organizational and development skills across multiple stakeholder groups, as well as knowledge of social service agencies in the Northern Lancaster County area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and the ability to pass all background checks.
