Guided Paths is a behavioral health agency that specializes in community based treatment. We are seeking a psychiatric nurse practitioner for a 23 Hour Observation center for individuals experiencing a psychiatric crisis. The nurse will provide a nursing assessment .
This is a contract position with reimbursement of $100 per assessment. Assessment fee is inclusive of time spend with the client as well as documentation hours spent to complete assessment, authorization, intake and treatment plan documents. Experiencing conducting clinical assessments is strongly preferred.
