  • On-site office work several days per week at each of the two locations

Required Qualifications:
o Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint programs, QuickBooks
o Word Processing, Editing and Proofing, Various Research Skills
o Word Press Website Updates, Strategies, Social Media Posting/Blog Updates
o Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills – Detailed and Accuracy Oriented
o Prior Experience - Background in Administration/Project Coordination
o Equipment required: laptop, printer, smart phone and vehicle

Job Description

o Handling Day-to-Day Project Coordination/Administration of Multiple Assignments
o Word Processing, Preparing and Updating Spreadsheets, Data Reconciliation
o Bookkeeping, Preparing and Updating Docketing Systems, Contract Administration
o Social Media Maintenance and Website Management (e.g., LinkedIn, Word Press)
o Meeting and Conference Call Scheduling and Travel Arrangements
o Follow-up and Manage Deadlines and Updating of Status Matrices

*Candidate must have
*o Self-Initiative with Professional Demeanor and Excellent Communication Skills
o Experience in Administrative and Project Coordination Duties
o Ability to Coordinate Responsibilities and Work Independently
o Social Media/Website Management and Bookkeeping Skills
o Skills to handle Multiple Assignments/Work Flow
o Various Expertise with Databases and Reporting Systems

*Wage Rate: Depending upon Experience and Skill Level- $17-$22
