The Senior Program Manager plays a critical role in Centene University’s transformational leadership development programs. This role plans, organizes, monitors, and oversees learning programs to deliver extraordinary learning experiences.
Manages learning programs and events with flawless execution and service
Manages the full program life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and leading program execution.
Maintains detailed program documentation including all learning materials, all logistical event information, participation information, expense tracking and any other documentation related to program execution.
Effectively communicates learning program status to all stakeholders.

Coordinates cross-functional meetings with various internal and external customers to meet program expectations and company objectives.

Experience/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of project management. Program management experience highly preferred. Proficient with MS-Office applications with emphasis on Excel. Health care experience preferred.
