Customer Billing Analyst - Job summary
The Customer Billing Analyst will report into the Operations Department and will be responsible for the processing of high value customer invoices. This position must work proactively with other team members to ensure the accuracy and proper format of invoices for submittal directly to customer or via assigned 3rd party payment vendors. Must be independent, highly motivated, detail and deadline orientated. In addition to supporting customer agreement obligations, position must interpret customer as well as billing system requirements. Must be able to establish strong working relationships with all levels of management, customer point of contact, account representatives and colleagues.
