This position supports all WH&R franchised brands with high exposure to all levels of Brand Leadership and Operations. This process includes initial contact with owners, banks and court appointed receivers for the purposes of processing all license agreements and in some cases, negotiating the terms of such agreements. This position must collaborate with the Brand leaders, key operations personnel, and respective RVP/SVP of Franchise Development for insight into the market, property and customers. This position has frequent contact with Brand Leadership, Brand Operations, Franchise Development, Legal, Finance, Franchise Administration, and Compliance departments. This role is also responsible for documenting deal activity and forecasting transaction pipeline in an effort to accurately report and forecast room terminations on a weekly/monthly basis.

Conference calls with Franchisees to negotiate terms and/or changes to existing license agreements and meet with WHR Brand Leaders and Operations personnel to discuss potential outcomes to such discussions.

Liaison between WHR Brand Leaders and various internal departments to paper terms of license agreements/amendments in response to all windows, A&A’s, TOA’s and Receivers.

Forecasting / reporting transaction pipeline to accurately report on room terminations on a weekly/monthly basis.

Research and due diligence on individual site operating stats and challenges including market conditions, competition, renovation requirements, etc.

Ad Hoc requests and projects as required by the department.

Knowledge of Sales Force - Lightening is preferred but not necessary.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3-5 years’ service industry experience preferred, with management responsibility that includes financial accountability.

This position is a Hybrid position and will require in office presence 2-3 days a week.
