We are looking for Entrepreneurial Referral Agents to join our team at Uptempo!

Opportunity Description

We are seeking for a performance driven, disciplined and proven entrepreneur to be a part of our strategic business growth. As an Uptempo Referral Agent, your goal will be to leverage your network and sales skills to grow sales within your market. You will be cultivating profitable relationships with Dealerships to promote the company’s service to consumers. Each month, you will be responsible for signing new dealerships to sell Uptempo, as well as managing Active Dealerships on weekly Uptempo Sales. Automotive Experience a must! We are looking for connected individuals who launch Sales immediately!

Responsibilities

  • Independently run and manager your own book of business
  • Meet and exceed pre-established sales targets.
  • Identify, contact & establish strong relationships with decision-makers -
  • Monitor customer preferences to better understand what type of sales efforts would be most effective for particular clients
  • Actively execute prospecting plans to find, develop and close sales opportunities
  • Sell Uptempo offerings to new and existing customers within assigned territories
  • Maintain ongoing awareness of new products, services and market data
  • Maintain detailed account information in CRM and prepare periodic sales reports
  • Perform other sales related activities as assigned.
  • Understand Dealership Environment, Knowledge of Large Dealer Groups and Dealer networks

Required Skills & Qualifications: Applicants MUST HAVE Experience in Automotive Dealership Industry!

Whether previously employed at a dealership, or has previously called on Dealerships as a Market or Sales Rep.

  • Must be able to work independently, this is a Commission Based Sales Opportunity.
  • Strong communication skills - Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Must understand DMS integrations
  • Must be able to Create Sales Leads and Market Strategies
  • Strong skill set with Marketing Materials, Excel, Powerpoint, Word
  • Profound understanding in sales pipeline and meeting sales targets
  • Strength in using CRM and Sales tracking tools, Smartsheet and Salesforce a plus.

Compensation Structure

  • 90 Day Onboarding Ramp up.
  • Monthly Commissions, paid Weekly: A percent of each enrollment fee for customer/consumer added each month. Minimum of 200 new enrollments per month, max compensation is at 500 new enrollments per month. $72,000 - $180,000 per year potential!
