Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, milkshkes, smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with stocking and replenishing inventory as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling and basic math skills
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment is a plus
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in food service or retail industry is beneficial
- Understanding of POS systems and ability to learn new technology quickly
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
