Job Title: Branch Manager
Department: Operations
Reports to: Regional Operations Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt Salary Plus Monthly & Quarterly Bonus
Position Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for all daily aspects of running the branch. This includes ensuring the profitability of the branch and a high level of customer satisfaction. This position develops and maintains a clear level of communication with Business Development. This is a supervisory position.

Ensure that branch employees always follow the Core Values
Able to perform all responsibilities of Co-Manager and/or Staffing Coordinator
Train and coach all new HQ Direct employees hired for the branch
Dispatch Field Team Members (FTMs)
Mitigate any issues with Field Team Members (FTMs)
Work with sales to find solutions for any staffing issues from customers
Perform daily and weekly pay outs for FTMs
Conduct customer calls in a timely matter and resolves escalated issues
All billing/invoicing for the branch to be done and submitted by close of business Tuesday
Ensure that Certified Payroll is completed each week
Conduct Accounts Receivable collection calls
Submit billing adjustments to Manager for approval when necessary
Handle all FTM Unemployment Claims in a timely manner and follow policy
Drive to off-site recruiting events
Build relationships with customer visits
Conduct Workers Compensation investigations
Handle all Workers Compensation claims in a timely manner and follow policy
Recruit FTMs
Schedule Job Fairs and branch employee participation
Oversee and participate in recruiting for all staffing needs
Assigns pay-cards
Able to do dispatch and/or payouts
Schedule and ensure timely two-week reviews with all supervised personnel
Establish a weekly work schedule for branch employees and submit to your Manager
Mediate any employee issues using counseling and progressive discipline practices
Any other duties assigned by the Regional Operations Manager as needed
Requirements:
Education/Experience-
High School Diploma/GED; College Degree preferred
2+ years of general work experience
1+ year(s) of professional experience working in sales and customer service
1+ years(s) of supervisory experience
Prior experience in staffing experience is a plus
Clean background and drug screen
Reliable transportation, with clean MVR
Able to work weekends when needed

Environmental Conditions and Physical Demands:
Non-confined office-type setting and is free to move about at will. The position includes driving a vehicle which includes exposure to the outside weather elements and moving mechanical parts. It may include some minor annoyances such as noise, odors, drafts, etc.
In the course of performing this position spends time writing, typing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 50 pounds), driving, carrying, seeing (such as close, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and adjusted focus), sitting, pulling, walking, standing, squatting, kneeling and reaching.
May operate any or all of the following: telephone, cell phone, copy and fax machines, adding machine (calculator), scanner and image systems, scanning equipment, laptop computer, personal computer, tablet, printers, or other equipment as directed.
