The Dishwasher ensures a proper supply of clean dishware, utensils, and glassware for the dining room and cleans all cooking utensils, pots, and pans for the kitchen staff.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma and previous experience is preferred. He or she must be committed to the customers, reliable to his or her co-workers, and be a self-motivated, organized, and detailed individual.
Ensures a proper supply of clean dishware, utensils, and glassware to stock the dining areas and set tables
Ensures a proper supply of clean pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available for kitchen staff
Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma preferred
Previous experience preferred
Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
