We are currently seeking to hire an Outbound Sales Representative to our team! You will be responsible for contacting businesses and employers to further expand OrgLynx into the market and drive revenue. This is a remote position so you will have the opportunity to find the perfect work/life balance for yourself.

You will be responsible for identifying key targets, contacting opportunities and closing leads.

You will have the opportunity to work completely autonomously without managers breathing down your back. If you are consistently reaching your sales goals, you can work as little or as much as you’d like.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and contact leads through phone, email and social
  • Reach sales quotas and goals
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of using product
  • Build and form new partnerships with clients
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Organize and perform demo requests of product

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Familiarity with CRM platform
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Understanding of the end to end sales process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using communication tools like MailChimp

Salary: $60,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
