THE ROLE: Compliance Investigator

Compliance Investigator position will help support the legal department and attorneys. The position will primarily focus on investigating consumer complaints submitted against Vivint employees or sales agents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Investigate consumer complaints, conduct interviews, draft responses and communicate with employees and sales agents

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to review and investigate accounts using Salesforce, CMS, and other Vivint systems.
Ability to conduct phone interviews and draft clear responses
Ability to deescalate a customer
Ability to have difficult conversations over the phone
Ability to do research, drawing probable conclusions and presenting on conclusions
Ability to self manage and organize their time, work process, and work load with integrity.
Understanding Vivint business and sales process
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Vivint customer care, sales or licensing experience preferred
Experience drafting professional correspondence and/or persuasive arguments
Customer relations experience
