Our Storage Shed and Tiny House Log Cabin Delivery & Install Driver is responsible for client communication, actual delivery with highly specialized Peterbilt tractor, custom trailer and Mule, placement, and leveling of product.

Job Duties
Confirm order details with the client by text and call and keep posted on the day of delivery schedule.
Deliver customer build order when promised; communicate delivery delays immediately to customer and work supervisor to ensure 5-star experience even on bad days!
Install and level building using IAW Ulrich procedures.
Collect final payment from the customer.
Ensure 5-star customer service by demonstrating the “Ulrich Experience”
Comply with all DOT regulations during the operation of the delivery vehicle.
Be responsible for scheduling and performing regular vehicle and equipment maintenance.
Resolve emergency vehicle or equipment maintenance issues as they arise.

Qualifications:
Current Class A CDL license
No violations on driving record
Drug-Free
Skills/Abilities

Not scared of hard work
Ability to meet physical demands of the job during installation of building
Must be able to stoop, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, crawl as needed.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 10-20 lbs. as needed.
Ability to work effectively with both customers and team members.
Ability to convey a positive and professional image to customers and employees.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to be proactive and operate with a sense of urgency.
Ability to adapt to changes and fast-paced work environment.
Ability to organize and prioritize work tasks.
Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment.
Experience/Education

2-3 years of experience operating a commercial delivery vehicle
Work Conditions

Constant exposure to weather and outside elements
Constant exposure to beautiful countryside and city scenes all over Texas
Occasional overnight required
Pay: $60,000 – $80,000 Performance based pay – Control your own destiny in compensation!
