  • All the positions require to be flexible on the schedule.
  • Associates must be willing to work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Must have Basic math skills.
  • Must have experience in Demolition, Roofing, Carpeting or Carpentry

Set Up:

  • Laying the concrete bed out based on the production needs of that day.
  • Laying rebar, wood, hand tools, etc.

Wide-Bed Casting:

  • Production and pouring to assure the walls are ready to hit the kiln and cure/harden overnight.
  • Measuring, leveling, and smoothing the wet concrete as it pours from the mixer.

Inside Casting:

  • Constantly measuring, leveling, and smoothing the wet concrete as it pours from the mixer.

Steel Puller:

  • Independent job that requires someone who will not miss a day.
  • Read the cast books and pull all the inventory and material that set-up will need for their shift.
  • Must be able to count, distinguish different materials, read, etc.
  • Manual labor. Constantly carrying and moving material.
  • Inside and outside work, so they are not standing in one area their whole crew, they are constantly moving around. Forklift.

Stripping:

  • Heavy manual labor
  • Using tools to break wooden blocks away, chip/strip the material.
  • Using large hand saws to cut the strand in between each wall and any open spaces.
  • Using a jack hammer, polisher, blower, and other tools to clean the bed and prepare it to be set-up again.

Heavy Equipment Operator:

  • Operate the cranes that are moving the walls throughout the plant, yard, and shipping area.
  • Cannot be afraid of heights and must be comfortable being a small cab, operating a crane that is 100+ feet off the ground forward and backward to move these large walls.

Wide-Bed Strip/Set-Up:

  • Clean the concrete bed and then set-up for that evenings pour.
  • Varied Hours

Patcher:

  • On your feet throughout duration of shift.
  • Using electric metal grinders and saws to fix any imperfections and then patching the area with concrete.
  • May also be carrying around propane tanks and torches to help dry the patches quicker

Wide Bed Super Crew:

  • Strips the bed that was poured the night before.
  • Clean the bed and then set-up for that evenings pour.
  • Varied Hours

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 /hour
